Hong Kong Express kicked off its Bangkok services

Hong Kong Express has recently kicked off its Bangkok service, the 2nd Thai destination after Checking with 4 weekly flights, and the service will be bumped up to daily in November. By the end of 2007, the airline is also plannning to serve Phuket.
On the Bangkok route, a promotional roundtrip fare is available for THB 3,900.00 in ecnomy class. The fare excludes taxes and surcharges, which amounts to THB 2,200.00. The deal is valid for 7 days with the outbound journey commencing by October 27 2007.
Hong Kong Express (UO) uses a Boeing 737-800, configuraed with 2 classes - 8 seats in business and 156 in economy. Initially, the airline operates 4 flights a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, departing Bangkok at 1035 and returning from Hong Kong at 0815. From October 27 2007, the service will be daily.
