Vietnam Airlines will launch its direct flights to Pusan (Korea) and Nagoya (Japan)

Pham Ngoc Minh, Deputy General Director of Viet Nam Airlines (VNA), said that apart from opening direct routes from Vietnam to the U.S., VNA will begin servicing other routes such as Ha Noi - Pusan (Korea), Hanoi – Nagoya (Japan) and Hanoi - Luang Phrabang (Laos) – Ho Chi Minh City.

As well, starting February 01 2007, the new e-ticket sales system will be tested at the three main ticket offices in Ha Noi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.
If all goes well, Vietnam Airlines agents will begin using the new system nationwide on March 01 2007 with service for international routes coming online in April 2007.
