We have been asked by many guests if they can pay for Cambodia visa fee upon arrival using any other currencies apart from US dollar??
The answer is “YES“ - you can use any currency such as Euro, British pound sterling, Japanese yen, Australia dollar, Canadian dollar, Swiss Franc, Korean won, Swedish krona, Singapore dollar, Hong Kong dollar etc etc. However, the rate of exchange they use is quite high (as they also try to make profit on this too!). So be prepared!

Well - if any of you are plannning your holiday to Vietnam later on this year and would like to know if you should include this hotel in your itinerary - check out its website on:

Looking for a new place to stay in Pattaya??
One of our travel specialists had just returned from her weekend in Pattaya! She had stayed at the “Sea Sand Sun”this time and this is what she thinks about it!
“Delightfully refreshing! After its renovation a few years ago, its prime villas section, which consists of both beachfront & garden view villas, are lovely for a quick weekend relax, good for both families & couples. Highly recommend beach front villas with a small exclusive dip pool for each. You & your kids can spend the whole day rotating between the villa dip pool, running down a few steps to the beach, or the hotel swimming pool. One major advise from me - ALWAYS book for the ocean villas which are on the first row next to the beach. Do not book the superior and deluxe cottages as they are far too basic and have very limited amenities. One good thing about this resort is its location is further north of Pattaya (about 20 minutes drive) so its perfect for those who are looking for a more privacy for your holiday. Meanwhile = don’t forget to sample the delicious seafood at Baan Umpur, which is a few minutes drive from the resort. Our favorite must-go restaurant there is “Toi Seafoodâ€?, with the must-order squids sautéed in egg yoke dish, if one doesn’t need to watch your cholesterol!!”

Just launched into cinema recently. Maybe because without much promotion prior to launch, except that it’s a cartoon story about a cute, blue baby elephant, I didn’t expect it to be so good! This is actually a story about the royal war elephant, known as Choapraya Chaiyanuphab in the Thai history book, the elephant on which His Majesty King Naraysuan Maharaj rode to victory over the war to protect Ayuthaya from invasion by the Burmese King. The story is well-told, and can be enjoyed by both Thai audience – adults & kids alike, and foreigners who know nothing about the history. Good fun, great animation, and, as a Thai, a good touchy & proud feeling about the local myth.
If you are holidaying in Bangkok right now and are looking for something to do (as you have been in Bangkok so many times and done all the highlights of our sightseeing!) - perhaps watching this newly-launched movie is one of the good choices to consider!
