Nakamanda, Krabi

One of our travel specialists had just returned from her holiday with the family in Krabi. She had stayed at this Nakamanda Resort. Lets share her wonderful experience about the place!

A new resort (only 2 years old!) on Klong Muang Beach, near Aor Phra Nang, only 45 minutes from Krabi Airport. If you are taking a honeymoon trip, this is an ideal hideaway, as quiet and not much kids facilities. We scarcely saw anyone around during our 4 days we were there, even many of the villas are occupied! The resort has some nice beachfront villas, others on the hill slope (untouched by the 2004 Tsunami!). What’s unique and nice about the resort are little things like the glass-top bathroom and its toiletries, provided with spa-scents, for her and him. Swimming pool is huge and nice, if you like to sunbath by the pool all day long. But if you like to hop around places, a rented car or bike is recommended (Krabi is such a large city - it takes half an hour to get to anywhere). If you really are an active person and looking for activities - this might not be the right place to stay!
